Our online bookings are handled through a third-party online system called Quandoo. When you make a booking, we will obtain your name, email address, and telephone number, as well as the specifics of your reservation. 


From time to time, we will send out a survey to collect more information to help tailor our services to better meet your interests.

Gift Vouchers

We use third-party software to process our eGift vouchers, and we will receive your purchase information along with your email address and phone number if provided.
